100% essential oil of turmeric ( lat . Curcuma longa ) stimulates the senses and has a positive effect on emotions:

Turmeric essential oil is obtained by steam distillation from the root of the Curcuma longa plant , native to South and Southeast Asia. It has a strong spicy aroma, similar to the spice itself. Turmeric, as a spice, is known for its antioxidant properties, thanks to its active ingredient curcumin, it is recommended for cancer prevention. Curcumin is also present in essential oils.

Turmeric essential oil has a number of beneficial properties, supports immunity, has an anti- inflammatory effect on inflammation associated with arthritis, muscle pain and damaged joints. Stimulates blood circulation, increases metabolism and improves digestion.

Turmeric essential oil is also beneficial for skin care when fighting acne.

USAGE :

• AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.
• EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.
• BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.
• In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.

A WARNING:

Not suitable for pregnant women! Turmeric oil can stain fabrics. If you apply it on your skin, let it soak in first and then get dressed.
