100% essential oil of rosemary ( lat . Rosmarinus officinalis ) stimulates the senses and promotes the awakening of positive emotions:

Rosemary essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of rosemary flowers and leaves, it has a straw-like color and a strong, pronounced aroma.

Rosemary essential oil has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, increases blood circulation, thereby promoting blood flow to the brain and thus directly improves memory and concentration. It is added (a few drops) to water for a final rinse on dark hair and for scalp massage where it helps against excessive hair loss .
Rosemary essential oil is a good natural pain reliever . Massage or a few drops of oil in a water bath will help tired and overworked muscles. It also helps relieve pain from rheumatic and arthritic problems. It is good for headaches, stress-related illnesses, mental fatigue and exhaustion, and indigestion.
Rosemary essential oil is useful in respiratory diseases, when inhaled it helps to get rid of rhinitis and clear the airways.
Rosemary essential oil is not suitable for pregnant women!
USAGE :
- AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.
- EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.
- BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.
- In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.

Aroma: distinctly clear penetrating, fresh herbal
Rosemary essential oil goes well with: oils of lavender, juniper, mint, lemon and other citrus fruits.
