Nutmeg is the core of the fruit of a tree native to India and Indonesia. Nutmeg essential oil is obtained from the nut by steam distillation. It has an antibacterial and very warming effect.

Nutmeg essential oil helps with muscle fatigue , increases resistance to colds and acts against infections. Also suitable for oral hygiene and breath freshening products.

Nutmeg essential oil has a positive effect on female fertility.

Nutmeg essential oil is often used in men’s perfumes.

Nutmeg essential oil must be handled very carefully. Excessive and prolonged use can be harmful to health, pay attention to the concentration when using the oil.

USAGE :

• AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.
• EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years.
• BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.
• In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.

WARNING :

Not suitable for pregnancy and children under 6 years of age.
