Lime essential oil is obtained by cold pressing from the peel of limes. Lime is a plant native to South and Southeast Asia. It is now a very popular ingredient in many dishes and is grown in warm regions around the world. Lime essential oil has a beautiful fresh citrus scent.

Thanks to its antiseptic action, lime essential oil is useful in oral care, has an astringent effect and helps protect the gums.

Lime essential oil also helps protect against viral illnesses such as the flu and the common cold. It contains many antioxidants and therefore helps protect the skin from free radicals, prevents premature aging and helps keep you looking young.

Lime essential oil relieves stress and tension. Its scent whets the appetite. Helps prevent nausea during pregnancy – add a few drops to an aroma lamp.

Lime essential oil is also safe for children and pregnant women.

USAGE :

• AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.
• EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.
• BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.
• In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.
