If you made a mistake when placing an order, and it was not dispatched yet, you can request to cancel it through the Contact Us page. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Service. Once the order has been dispatched, it is impossible to do the cancellation. If you received wrong or defective item, you can request a refund. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method. In case of credit card payments, the refund may take up to 14 business days, depending on your credit card issued bank. Paypal refunds are processed within 1-2 business days.
Due to the import regulations of the Customs of Thailand, orders shipped out of Thailand, can’t be returned.
